Rezidencia Severná

Rezidencia Severná combines modern architecture with proximity to the center of Banská Bystrica. The developer needed a brand to set the project apart and a website where prospective buyers can find an available apartment, parking space or storage unit on their own — without rewriting price lists and tables.

Branding:
• Logo and visual identity for the Rezidencia Severná project, including app icons
• Typography and color palette on which the entire website is based

Web app:
• Interactive building — clicking a floor opens its floor plan with the number of available apartments
• Interactive floor plans — hovering shows an apartment's layout, area and status; clicking opens its details
• Real-time availability color-coded by status: available, reserved, sold
• Filters by floor, number of rooms, area and status
• Apartment details with areas, price or “price on request”, a downloadable floor plan and an “I'm interested” button
• Parking and storage selection — 93 spaces on interactive floor plans with price and status
• Show apartments and virtual tours of the hallway, parking and an apartment
• Location map and an admin where the developer updates apartment status, prices and floor plans on their own
• Slovak, Czech and English language versions

Prospective buyers choose an available apartment, parking space and storage unit themselves directly on the website, and the developer updates availability and prices in one place. We followed up the project with full online marketing.
