Privacy policy

We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. We process only the data we really need, and only for as long as is justified.

What data we process and why

Contact form and inquiries

When you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We need them to reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — responding to an inquiry you sent us yourself — and, where cooperation is being negotiated, pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contracts and invoicing

When you place an order, we process billing and identification data, including company name, registered address, company ID, tax ID and bank details. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — we are required to archive accounting records.

Website visits, cookies and analytics

The website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode. Until you give consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and data is sent only in anonymized form without identifiers.

• Essential cookies — maintain your session and consent settings. The website doesn't work without them, so they are set on the basis of legitimate interest.
• Analytics cookies — anonymous statistics on traffic and behavior on the website. They are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Marketing cookies — measuring ad effectiveness and remarketing. Also only with consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share it only with processors who help us run our operations, and only to the extent necessary:

• hosting and server infrastructure provider,
• Google Ireland Limited — traffic analytics and advertising tools,
• email and accounting service provider,
• public authorities, where required by law.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or another legal mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.

How long we keep data

• Inquiries and communication — up to 2 years from the last communication, unless it results in a contract.
• Contract documentation — for the duration of the cooperation and then 10 years under the Accounting Act.
• Cookies — depending on the type, from one session up to 24 months; we keep the consent record for 6 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your data:

• Right of access — to find out whether and what data we process about you, and to receive a copy.
• Right to rectification — to have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed.
• Right to erasure — to request deletion when there is no longer a reason to process the data.
• Right to restriction of processing — for example, while the accuracy of the data is being verified.
• Right to data portability — to receive the data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Right to object — to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe we are processing your data in breach of the regulations, you can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling based on your data with legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when a new tool or service is added. The current version is always on this page along with the date of the last update.
