Why isn't it enough to just give people ChatGPT?

Since February 2, 2025, companies that use AI must ensure AI literacy among their staff.
AI Act
The AI Act and AI literacy: what does it mean for your company?
Under Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), companies that use AI systems must take measures to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. The obligation has applied since February 2, 2025, and also covers ordinary companies whose employees work with ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini.
The regulation doesn't prescribe a specific format. According to the European Commission, however, user instructions alone are usually not enough — it recommends training tailored to roles, the tools used and the risks.

Is AI training mandatory under the AI Act?

Will we receive a certificate of completion?
Yes. With the training we provide an attendance sheet and a certificate of completion as a basis for your internal documentation. We can also help with an internal AI usage policy.
How long does corporate AI training take?
It depends on the topic. The introductory AI literacy training takes 2–3 hours, most topics 3 to 6 hours, the n8n workshop 8 hours and the advanced topic of AI agents, RAG and MCP 2 days. We usually put a workshop together for half a day to 2 days.
Do you train online or in person? In Czechia and Austria too?
Both. We train online, at our offices in Banská Bystrica, Bratislava, Poprad, Liptovský Mikuláš and Zlín, or on-site at your company. We work for companies in Slovakia, Czechia and Austria.
Do you offer Microsoft Copilot training?
Yes. The Microsoft Copilot in practice training (4 hours) shows Copilot in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams for everyday business tasks. For companies on Microsoft 365, we also offer a 6-hour training on AI across Microsoft services — Copilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate and safe AI usage rules.
What will we learn in the ChatGPT and Claude training?
Effective prompting, working with AI assistants in real workflows and delegating routine work — emails, meeting minutes, presentations and spreadsheets. The ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini for business training takes 4 hours and is for teams and individuals.
What is vibe coding training?
Vibe coding is AI-assisted development of apps and prototypes. In the 6-hour training for developers we work with Claude Code and Cursor — the tools we use in our own development. More on the vibe coding workshop page.
Do participants need technical knowledge?
No. Most trainings are for regular users. Technical knowledge is only required for advanced topics such as vibe coding or AI agents, RAG and MCP.
Can you put together training for a specific part of the company?
Yes. We have packages ready for companies on Microsoft 365, for marketing and content, and for knowledge work in offices. We can combine them and add custom topics — just select them in the topic list and the inquiry form fills in for you.
What's the difference between AI training and an AI agent?
In training, we teach your team to use AI tools. An AI agent is software we build that handles tasks automatically. More on the AI agents for companies page.
Can training be combined with AI implementation?
