As a state-owned joint-stock company, the institute must publish its invoices and orders, and its website must meet accessibility requirements. Publishing documents and updating staff by department meant a lot of manual work for employees.

• Public documents: invoices and orders are imported from a data feed every hour, and manually edited records are not overwritten; the website offers search and filtering by type and date
• Our team: people assigned to departments, including a second role with its own title and photo
• Careers with open positions
• Posts from the Facebook page load onto the website automatically
• Log of contact form messages
• Administrator permissions per module and mandatory two-factor sign-in
• MCP server – website content can also be managed through an AI assistant
• Accessibility improvements (captions and text alternatives for videos, heading order, ARIA)

Document publication runs without manual work, and each department manages only what it has permission for.
