Slovak Biathlon Union – member registry

The union needed to keep records of clubs, athletes, coaches and officials according to the rules of the sports register – and let clubs report changes themselves, but with oversight from headquarters.

• Two roles: club managers see only their own club and submit requests; union headquarters approves or rejects them and assigns athlete IDs
• Requests for new people and clubs, changes to them, roles (athlete, coach, official) and documents
• Transfers between clubs, race starts and membership fees by season
• Statistics on members, athletes, coaches and officials by club
• Exports of people, clubs, roles, documents and medical checkups
• Automatic emails with login details and notifications of new requests

Member records are in one place, clubs enter changes themselves, and the union keeps control over every one of them.
