CASCA × LED2 – product data sheets
LED2 luminaire data sheet generator – from Excel to a branded PDF in four languages
01
The brief
Luminaire data sheets were prepared by hand for every product and every language. With hundreds of items and frequent changes, this was slow and error-prone.
02
How we solved it
• Product import from Excel by SKU – around 80 luminaire parameters (wattage, color temperature, lumens, CRI, UGR, IP rating, driver, dimming, emergency lighting, dimensions, packaging)
• Texts in four languages, icons, technical drawings, LDT files, QR codes and photos
• Branded PDF data sheet for any SKU at a single URL
• PDF with an EAN barcode
• Product export back to Excel
• Admin with search by name and SKU
For the CASCA e-shop, we also connected the LED2 B2B feed, which automatically updates stock levels and restocking dates.

The result
The data sheet is generated automatically from a single data source and is up to date in all languages as soon as the Excel file changes.
