What is an MCP server and why does a business need one?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard through which AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini securely work with external systems. Instead of clicking around the admin, you type into the chat “show me unpaid invoices for September” or “add 20 new products from this spreadsheet” — and the AI does it directly in your system.

When is n8n enough and when do you need a custom agent?

What is an MCP server and why does a business need one?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard through which AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini work with external systems. An MCP server built on top of your e-shop, CRM or ERP lets you read and edit data directly from the chat — without clicking around the admin and with precisely set permissions.
Can ChatGPT or Claude work directly with our system?
Yes — via an MCP server or a custom API integration. Clients already manage e-shop products, website content and CRM records this way, directly from Claude or ChatGPT. If your system has no API, we can handle database access, exports or RPA.
Do you program AI agents in LangChain and LangGraph?
Yes. For more complex tasks we develop custom agents in LangChain and LangGraph — with custom tools, memory, multi-agent architecture and human approval. We build the backend in Laravel, Symfony or Python, so we can connect the agent to any business system.
What is RAG and how does AI over company data work?
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) means the AI first searches for relevant passages in your documents, policies and databases and answers from them — with a link to the source. So the company assistant doesn't make things up; it cites your materials. More about RAG and knowledge bases.
Which AI models do you use and why?
We choose the model based on the task, cost and data sensitivity: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini) and, for sensitive data, open-source models like Llama or Mistral deployed on your infrastructure. We build the solution so the model can be swapped later.
Is AI safe for company data? What about GDPR?
We use enterprise APIs where your data isn't used to train models, and for sensitive data we offer self-hosted solutions on your server. We set up role-based permissions, encrypted communication and logging of all agent actions.
