Proon Channel Manager

Apartment and guesthouse operators handle bookings from multiple portals, rates, cleaning, guest registration and the local tourist tax by hand, across different spreadsheets. Every channel has its own calendar, and one mistake means a double booking.

The goal was a single system that unifies the channels, automates pricing and check-in, and runs the whole property from both desktop and mobile.

We developed Proon PMS as a multi-tenant application with custom branding for each operator.

• OTA sync via the Hostex and Channex channel managers (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) and iCal import / export (Hauzi, Megaubytovanie)
• Public booking engine with an availability calendar, seasonal rates and add-on services in 6 languages
• Rate calendar with automated pricing and minimum stay per channel
• Online check-in with ID verification (Didit KYC and AI document recognition), guest register and local tourist tax report
• TTLock smart locks, cleaning schedules and reports, tasks and expenses
• GoPay and Stripe payments, automated invoicing via SuperFaktúra and iDoklad
• Email templates and campaigns, statistics
• MCP server – manage bookings, rates or guests through an AI assistant too

The Proon PMS mobile app for iOS and Android puts the calendar, bookings, rates, cleaning and check-in on your phone, including an iOS widget with today's bookings.
