MR. Digital – Client Zone

We wanted to reward our clients for working with us and give them one place to find their points, rewards and ongoing projects, and to quickly send us a request – without emails or phone calls.

We built the Client Zone on our Proon. Business system, which runs the loyalty program, the rewards catalog and requests.

• Loyalty card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet – the card code also works for signing in
• Passwordless sign-in: card code + email and a one-time 6-digit code
• Points for orders, a rewards catalog and redemption right in the app
• Requests and bug reports, even by voice (Slovak dictation right on the phone)
• Project overview and the MR. Digital blog with push notifications about new articles
• “Loyalty card” iOS widget in three sizes
• Web version at mrdigital.sk/partnersky-program with the same data

The MR. Digital app is available on the App Store and Google Play, and clients see their points, rewards and request status in one place.
