A meal-prep diet means a different menu every day, various calorie options, diets, allergens and customer pauses. The client needed customers to order and pay for a program themselves, and the kitchen to know exactly what to cook for whom and where to deliver it every day.

Customer web app:
• Order configurator — goal (weight loss, maintenance, gain), calorie option, 3 to 5 meals a day, program length and weekends
• Special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free), allergens and eco-friendly packaging
• Price calculation by program, discount coupons and online payment via GoPay
• Delivery check by postal code with shipping cost
• Client Zone with orders, pausing days (the program end date shifts automatically) and training plans
• Public menu 14 days ahead and PWA

Kitchen and cooking software:
• Meal database with allergens and nutritional values (kcal, protein, fat, carbohydrates) for each calorie option
• Daily menu planning — breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner
• Daily production and delivery overview in internal systems built on Proon CRM: who, which meals, which option, diet and allergens, with filters and totals
• Order management connected to the website via API

Customers order and pay online, and the kitchen has an exact overview every day of what to prepare and for whom — including diets, allergens and paused days.
