LBM technologies

LBM technologies manufactures custom metal parts: it laser-cuts tubes, profiles and sheet metal, and bends, welds and finishes them. The company works with a state-of-the-art fleet of TRUMPF machines, is certified to STN EN ISO 9001 and supplies nine industries, from furniture and construction to automotive, energy and photovoltaics.

The client needed a website that would present this technical expertise clearly to buyers, design engineers and business owners. The goal was a modern, fast website with a clear path to an inquiry that the company could manage on its own.

UI/UX design and wireframes
First, we designed the information architecture and user scenarios for two types of visitors: someone looking for a specific technology and someone handling a job in their own industry. Based on these, we created wireframes of individual pages and fine-tuned the content layout with the client before any visual design.

Custom design and revision rounds
We created the visual design from scratch, without a template. It uses a clean industrial style, large photos of production and bold headings that express precision and quality. We refined the design with the client over several revision rounds until the final version.

Website structure
We divided the website into the sections Home, About us, Services, Technologies, Projects, Calculator and Contact. The homepage leads visitors from the message “Technologies that define precision” through the machine fleet to the main areas of activity and contact.

Presenting the TRUMPF machine fleet
A dedicated section, “The heart of our production: a state-of-the-art TRUMPF machine fleet”, presents the TruLaser Tube 5000 for cutting tubes and profiles, the TruLaser 3030 for cutting sheet metal and the TruBend 5130 press brake. Technical specifications are presented so that both buyers and design engineers can understand them.

Industries and projects
The website gives a clear overview of the nine industries LBM manufactures for: furniture and design, construction, logistics and warehousing, locksmithing, mechanical engineering, food processing, automotive, energy and photovoltaics, and fitness equipment. The Projects section backs up the results with specific projects.

Online material weight calculator
We developed a calculator that estimates the weight of tubes, hollow sections and sheet metal made of structural steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Based on dimensions, wall thickness, length and quantity, it shows the weight per meter, per piece and in total. For customers it is a useful tool that brings them to the website and straight to an inquiry.

Development and content management system
We custom-developed the website and deployed it on a content management system in which the client manages services, technologies, projects and texts on their own. It includes responsive design for mobile and desktop, a GDPR-compliant contact form and social media integration.

Since 2026, LBM technologies has had a modern website that presents custom metal part manufacturing as a technologically advanced and reliable service. The TRUMPF machine fleet, ISO 9001 certification and completed projects build trust, and the weight calculator gives visitors a practical reason to come back and send an inquiry.
